experience in design, construction, entrepreneurship, and marketing. She

She has designed and built multiple homes and renovated a century-old
property — projects that were completed successfully and profitably — and
has embarked on creating an eco-friendly vacation center, a project
approved by the city and currently in development. These experiences form
a natural path leading to the creation of Reserva Atmosfere.
A mother of two, Josée places deep importance on respect, family, balance,
authenticity, and quality of life — values that guide both her personal
journey and the spirit of Reserva Atmosfere. She supports each future

Éric Mongeau-Poissant, a master electrician and entrepreneur for over
six years, ensures technical excellence, realistic planning, and project
